Appearance: Slightly messy dark brown hair. Gold-colored eyes. Stands at about 5"11 with a medium build. Scar running vertically down his mouth's left side. Clock tattooed on right side of chest.

Equipment: Elegant schiavona basketsword with a black blade, black accent on gold guard, and maroon sheath. Also carries a 6-shot revolver he made using the resources available to the Musketeers. Uses ammunition that was kept as a family keepsake from before Ragnarok took control. Resembles a slimmer, shorter Colt Anaconda. Wears a white, featureless mask with a red line running through each eye hole, ending in a cross.

Personality: Mellow and not quick to talk, Sion is often viewed as cold and intense at first. Once introduced, he's easy to talk with, and can usually be seen striking up conversation with the people that frequent his bar, XIII. He's been working under Athos since he was eighteen, and is well-known as a young prodigy. When fighting, he displays a cold elegance that kills quickly and efficiently. Has long since done away with his old grand ideals and his enthusiasm for the Musketeer cause. To him, this secret war has gone on long enough.

Background: Secretly Athos' younger brother, Sion has been a Musketeer since he was eighteen. He was taught by his brother, on older ex-Ragnarok soldier that is listed as MIA in their records. He has followed his brother since the beginning, because he believes in the same freedom that Athos does, even if he is slightly weary of the fight now. He's seen the reality of the Musketeers, that despite their ideals, they're still up against a force that is much bigger than they are. He's seen so many of his friends cut down in the fight, as has had to cut down many himself when they became harmful to the cause.

When he turned 22, he opened his bar, XIII, in the outer ring. It's used as the main hub for most Musketeers to pick up information, but Sion works there simply for his love of bartending. Had it not been for the Musketeers, it would be his sole career. He likes the idea of providing a place where people can relax with a drink and forget about the worries of the day. He's well liked by his customers and loved by his regulars.

Character Name: Alan Helinski

Appearance: exactly 6', green eyes, light brown hair, a few days of scruff on his face, usually wears earthy tones and a pair of black boots. Has "Vox Veritas" tattooed in large print across his back.

Equipment: carries a modern version of a Greek kopis, a short forward curved blade with a powerful cut, with a simple black hilt. Under his clothes he carries a Sphinx 3000 chambered in 10mm scavenged from a Ragnorok agent's corpse. It is a magnificent handgun, but there are only five rounds in the magazine and that's how it's been for almost a year now. Alan has never shot the weapon and has little experience with firearms. His mask is a solid metallic grey with the words "Grandchild of Liberty" crudely carved into the forehead.

Personality: Half of his motivation comes from a strong sense of justice and the will to see people live in peace, the rest is anger. He wants a better world just as much as he wants to hurt the people in charge of the one he was born in. As one of the more gung ho musketeers, he has a strong set of personal values and would surely die before compromising them. Alan is friendly to most, loves humor, and will strike up a conversation with anyone, but he rarely loses focus of what he fights for. However, he sometimes contradicts himself with cynicism. In a fight he becomes a different person. He is brutal, efficient, and shockingly violent. He always cheats and always wins. Rumors have spread that he removed his mask and beat a Ragnorok agent to death with it. If his demeanor alone doesn't give this story some weight, the slight dent in the mask's right side certainly does.

Background: As an outer ring child, Alan was born into a grey world, and the musketeers have always been a source of light for Alan. He looked to them after loosing countless friends and family to Ragnorok's campaigns against other nations. They would be recruited for "service" and were never seen again. Alan had begun to hear stories of the front lines as he grew older. He learned why his family and friends were never coming back. Once he turned 16 it was his turn "serve", but he chose to run rather die in the dust of an ancient ocean. It was a choice that meant death or exile to most of those who tried it. But, it seemed the musketeers took notice of Alan for all the pro-musketeer graffiti he spent much of his teenage years making and nearly getting incarcerated for. So, when he dodged the draft, the musketeers saved him by recruiting him as one of their own. The one who personally picked Alan's panicked, shivering body up off the street and into the resistance was a man not much older than him named Sion. Though they have never been the closest of friends, Alan always viewed Sion as someone he could trust, and that was infinitely more valuable.

Several years later, Alan has found himself to be a perfect fit for the musketeers. He is a hothead where hotheads are needed. He effects change. He fights for freedom, and he has avenged his lost loved ones several times over. Though, he doubts the body count will ever be high enough to satisfy him.

Between operations Alan can be found mingling, sharing stories, and debating philosophy in XIII, Sion's bar.

Appearance: Long auburn hair braided down her back, delicate freckles, and grey/blue eyes. Stands at about 5'5". Willowy and graceful like a ballet dancer. Wears
a long trench coat over cargo pants, a bulky cream turtle neck sweater, and combat boots. Equipment: A crossbow and assortment of arrows, a small dagger, and a small hidden revolver. Personality: A dangerous combination of headstrong and naive. Honest and loyal, Helena always thinks of the right thing and what she's 'fighting for'. Has never
shot anyone in her life, and doesn't plan on it, so she's really only extremely confident when the violence is all verbal. Helena will yell down anybody who rubs her
the wrong way. When she's not being a rebel, she's probably reading or keeping herself in dancing shape. Background: Growing up as a rich aristocrat doesn't usually lead one to admire the musketeers, but Helena doesn't exactly do what the world tells her. Her
parents were very anti-musketeer, and put her in ballet classes to teach discipline. All the lessons did was give her a love of dance and introduce her to Marcius,
her very free thinking instructor. Whenever her parents would shoo away her questions about the musketeers and why she was obligated to hate them, she
would take them to Marcius. He was honest and encouraged her to have her own opinions, and eventually dance lessons also became tutoring sessions. Marcius
taught her what history books never said, and Helena found herself rebelling against her parents views. She never knew how dangerous that could be until they came for Marcius. One day, during lessons, police officials burst into the room and started to beat
Marcius, calling him a traitor. They ransacked the room and found evidence proving Marcius was actually a musketeer named Able. They threatened me saying
that this is what happens to bastard children, too, and took Able away to be executed. That night, Helena pawned her jewelry for weapons and began her journey to the outerboros. She doesn't know what is going to happen to her, but she'd rather
die bastard child than a puppet of the rich
